Lukashenko Began Implementation of Directive № 4 with Reducing Pile of Papers

Tuesday, March 15, President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree № 114 "On some issues of primary records" for the part of activities in accordance with the President's Directive № 4. In particular, the new document is aimed at reducing the number of compulsory primary records and the amount of mandatory information in them. 

The decree also provides for the abolition of administrative responsibility for the lack of information, not required in such documents, or specified incorrectly, said the presidential press service.

«The adoption of this Decree will simplify the accounting of business entities, improve its automation, liberalize business activities, improve the investment climate in the country and improve the position of Belarus in the rankings on the business,» said there.

As Telegraf previously reported,  February 28, the Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Miasnikovich and head of the National Bank Petr Prokopovich signed a decree № 251 / 6 «On approval of measures to implement the Directive № 4 of President of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010.»
