Lukashenko Begins to Prepare the Fourth All-Belarusian People's Assembly

President of Belarus signed a decree № 150pd "On some issues to prepare the fourth All-Belarusian People's Assembly". According to the document, the people who are in charge of the meeting's preparation are the head of administration of Alexander Lukashenko, Vladimir Makey, and Prime Minister, Sergei Sidorsky, who headed the Republican Organizing Committee.

Furthermore, the decree provides for the creation in Belarus of an interagency working group to draft a program of socio-economic development of Belarus for 2011-2015, headed by deputy head of presidential administration, Leonid Anfimov, and deputy prime minister, Andrei Kobyakov, informed in the press service of Belarusian leader.

«Until July 2010, the head of state should be presented with proposals on the date of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly and the number of its participants, as well as a draft of program’s guidelines», informed in the presidential press service.
