Lukashenko "Does Not Care" Who Will Be the President of Poland

President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, believes in good relations with Poland, regardless of who of the candidates for presidency will win the elections. "We do not care who will be the president", Belarusian leader said. "I think all the candidates are not silly people. And as far as I suppose, they understand that they've got God-given neighbors".

«And whoever becomes the president, they will have to build normal relations with Belarus», the president added, BelTA informs.

«Polish politicians realize that for them Belarus is a very important region in terms of bilateral trade and economic relations, and in terms of relations with Russia», Alexander Lukashenko said. According to the head of state, «economic ties with the East arrange from here, and the Polish business understands it».

The president believes that whoever comes to power in Poland, «they will understand that they should not fight with Belarusians». «You should be friends with Belarusians and get respective benefits from it», Alexander Lukashenko summed up.
