President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed a decree on state aid to Integral, which in late 2009 was criticized by him for poor performance and non-fulfillment of obligations. Now, the head of state decided to defer a repayment of budget loans, received by Integral.

In particular, the document reads that the company » has been provided a deferring till January 1, 2011 of repayment of budget loans, issued on January 1, 2010, and interest on them, as well as the installment payment of these amounts from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013 annually in equal installments on the schedule agreed with the Ministry of Finance», Ezhednevnik informs.

As Belarusian leader pointed out, the assistance to Integral is realized under the condition to fulfill the national projections on output growth for 2010-2013 and to ensure profitability of sold products.

Earlier Telegraf reported that Belarusian president on December 30, 2009 promised not to provide an aid to inefficient state enterprise. Explaining the situation at Integral, Belarusian leader noted that in certain time the company had not fulfilled its commitments to create a modern complex submicron manufacture.

«They promised that if given 200 billion rubles in the form of loans and budgetary support, the company would develop the most accurate, complex submicron manufacture in several years. It is time — they have done nothing. Furthermore, they need another 50 billion rubles. How should the president react? I said that they never set foot in the budget again. If you have not fulfilled — you will be responsible,» the president said.

Alexander Lukashenko stressed that it applied to other companies which had requested a loan from the state, from the state budget, but did not fulfill their obligations.
