Lukashenko Talked about "Gas War" with Aliyev and Nazarba

The president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko speaked over telephone to his Azerbaijani colleague Ilham Aliyev and informed him on the situation in mutual relations with the Russian Federation concerning gas delivery. Also the Belarusian leader said about position and approaches of the Belarusian party to problems solving.

Besides, the leaders of two countries discussed questions of bilateral cooperation in context of recent visit of the head of the Belarusian state to Azerbaijan, the press-service of the head of the Belarusian state informed.

Presidents have agreed to maintain further the contacts with each other concerning the discussed questions.

Alexander Lukashenko informed also in details the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarba on the situation in Belarus in context of the conflict with Gazprom and about the position of the Belarusian party in the given conflict.

«Special attention was paid to the Gazprom debts to Belarus the amount of which considerably exceeds the Belarusian debt», the press-service of the president of Belarus informed.

Leaders of two countries also discussed the situation in Kyrgyzstan, especially in the south of the country. According to Nursultan Nazarba, Osh city, which was prosperous earlier is ruined, and the situation in the country as a whole is not stable at all.

The Kazakhstan leader invited Alexander Lukashenko to visit the country on July, 4th to participate in celebrations of his anniversary.
