The press service of the Belarusian president reported that Alexander Lukashenko went on an official visit to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The Belarusian leader plans to hold negotiations with his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez in a narrow, and then expanded format.
According to the spokesman, after negotiations a number of important documents will be signed. Presidents plan to get acquainted with implementation of Belarusian-Venezuelan joint projects in various areas, BelTA.
This is the second Lukashenko’s visit to Venezuela. Previously president of Belarus visited the country in December 2007.
