Belarus may carry out one billion dollars projects in Azerbaijan. This information was declared on June, 4th by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the meeting in Baku with Prime-Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade. "The countries are able to reach this level of the projects realization ", the Belarusian leader assured.
«Belarus will strengthen its presence at Azerbaijan by directing the experts there, and working in the perspective areas, which have been already carried out there. The assembly plants and joint ventures have already functioned and continue to function in Azerbaijan, and the experts have worked and continue to work in the building sector», Alexander Lukashenko noted, BelTA informed.
According to the head of Belarusian state, now the trade and economic relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan develop dynamically enough. However two countries have a larger potential to considerably improve their relations. «Azerbaijan can sell its products at the European market, and Belarus can be reliable platform for Azerbaijani trade with Europe», Alexander Lukashenko emphasized.
President of Belarus noted also that the intergovernmental Belarusian-Azerbaijani commission and the Belarusian embassy to this country made a major contribution to dynamical development of trade and economic relations. «All policy should be aimed to maintain economic stability in the relations, trade and economic interaction», Alexander Lukashenko considers. Belarusian leader added that «one of the main indicators of the embassy work is the level of mutual trade and investments».
In turn, the prime minister of Azerbaijan presented to two books Alexander Lukashenko. One of them writes about the policy beyond measure of chess, and another one is about a Chinese role in global economy.
