As presidential
press service informs, the document was prepared in order to «enhance the role
of antimonopoly and price regulation institutions, which must confront the
facts of unfair competition».
The
Administration of President expects that, using this measure at the local level
«will be established antimonopoly regulatory institutions, which are fully able
to use instruments provided by law «.
«It will strengthen the state’s influence
on antimonopoly and price-setting processes, improve the efficiency of local
commodity markets and operativeness of measures taken to counter unfair
competition», assured the press service of Alexander Lukashenko
