March 30, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus held a meeting of the working group on creating a favorable investment image abroad. The meeting participants discussed issues relevant to the analysis of elements that have a negative impact on the investment climate and attractiveness of Belarus as well as agreed to their gradual elimination.
Members of the working group also considered MFA proposals to modernize national Internet resources, aimed at attracting investment in the country. In addition, they agreed on a plan for further work this year, outlining certain event in June 2011, reported the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.
Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Huriyanov and chairman of the German-Belarusian Economic Club Klaus Bayer were presiding over a meeting.
