In Minsk, the apartment of famous Belarusian artist, Alexei Kuzmich, is burglarized. As the artist said, the thieves broke into the apartment in the afternoon on April 28 and stole almost all the valuables. Moreover, the attackers entered neighboring apartments.
As specified in the Central district police department, on the fact the investigation department of the preliminary investigation initiated a criminal case under part 2 article 205 of the Criminal Code of Belarus, BelTA informs. Now, the circumstances of the happened are being investigated.
Alex Kuzmich is known for his Madonnas, which reproductions were published in many editions around the world. Alex Kuzmich is also the author of some 50 portraits of Belarusian artists. Those who sat for the portraits are Boris Lutsenko, Maria Zakharevich, Nikolai Eremenko, Vladimir Lipsky and others.
