Minsk is in Top 50 Expensive Cities

Minsk ranks 41st in the top 50 expensive cities in the world. This rating was made up by a consulting company Colliers International on the basis of the office real estate rent. According to the company, the maximum rates for the office area in Minsk, fixed in June of this year (measurements are conducted twice a year), reached $42.2 per square meter per month.

According to this indicator, the Belarusian capital is ahead of Munich, Dubai, Los Angeles, but lags behind of Kiev ($44.6 per square meter per month), news portal ale.by reports.

Hong Kong ranks first in the world, with a maximum rate of $161.42 per square meter. And in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) London has a leading position — $129.58 per square meter.
