Head of Information and Public Relations Department of Minsk City Police of Minsk City Executive Committee, Alexander Lastovsky, told reporters that there was no reason to look for the "Russia's trace" in the terrorist attack on July 3, 2008, which is not cleared until today.

«I completely rule out all these events. There is no connection between them, according to my data. And this is wholly-owned information», European Radio for Belarus quotes the words of Alexander Lastovsky.

As Telegraf previously reported, on March 25 during the opposition’s Dzen Voli celebration, Minsk police chief, Leonid Farmagei, warned the protesters that there is «a group of Russian citizens» among them, which is going «to commit provocations like the one that occurred on July 3, 2008».
