In 2010-2019 the state will compensate to Belagroprombank and Belarusbank part of interest on the credits at the amount of 1.83 billion roubles, utilized by the organisations defined by Voblasts executive committees and Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production . The funds will be appropriated in 2010 to finance building, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, capital and operating repair of industrial objects of agricultural sector.
This norm is included in the presidential decree № 303 «Of some questions of financing building of objects of agricultural sector», the press-service of the head of the state informed.
The credits will be appropriated for eight years with their monthly repayment in equal shares in a year after object start-up or end of its reconstruction, technical re-equipment, capital and operating repair.
According to the press-service, building of 736 objects of agriculture sector, started in 2008-2009, will be finished in the countrydue to the decree . These objects are 208 dairy farms, 150 cattle-breeding complexes and poultry factories, 47 fruit and vegetable stores, 43 granaries, 100 grain-cleaning and drying complexes, 18 warehouses for storage of fertilizers, 24 machine yards (agricultural services, industrial bases), 41 milk processing farms, 15 meat-packing plants, 12 bakeries, 23 feed mills, etc.
Part of interest on credits for purchase of plant growing production will also be compensated to banks
Alexander Lukashenko signed also the decree № 301 «Of some problems of purchase of plant growing products of 2010-year harvest, other products and settlings with it». The state will compensates to Belagroprombank, Belarusbank, Belinvestbank, Belvnesheconombank and BPS-BANK part of interest on utilized credits at the amount of 3.24 billion roubles, appropriated to the organisations which buy plant growing products of 2010-year harvest.
These credits are appropriated for the term up to one year. Credits at the amount of 1.24 billion roubles will be appropriated for advance payments and final settlings with products deliveries on account of the state needs. This year it will be bought 990 thousand tons of food seeds, 530 thousand tons oil seeds of rape, 3640 thousand tons of sugar beet, 150 thousand tons of brewing barley, 174 thousand tons of seeds for spirit and 78,4 thousand tons of rotted straw.
Credits at the amount of two billion roubles will be appropriated for settlings for products of plant growing delivered over the state order, for purchase of seeds, flax fiber, rotted straw (including 2009-year harvest), flax seeds, oil seeds of rape, sugar beet, barley of brewing, albuminous raw materials, mixed fodder, leguminous and cereals crops, bran, provita, corn, seeds of sunflower, corn, peas, millet, buckwheat, molasses, phosphates, premixes, produced seeds of vegetable crops, fodder root crops, onion set, potato, fruits, vegetables, juice birch, berries and mushrooms (including wild-growing), fruit and berry natural juice for the industrial processing, aromatizing and flavouring substances, ethyl spirit rectificated of food raw materials, barley for coffee drink production, not roasted barley malt. The credits will also be appropriated to pay for auxiliary materials for their processing, container and transport expenses on delivery.
This target financial state support of single purchases of food and fodder raw materials, other agricultural raw materials, other products «creates conditions for maintenance of food safety of the country and steady work of the republic enterprises «, the representatives of the press-service of the Belarusian leader explained.
