First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Belarus Natalya Petkevich believes that the citizens are sufficiently informed about the progress of the campaign in the country. In her opinion, "the media needs to show concrete actions and concrete work instead of the talking shop" of the majority of alternative candidates, that's now taking place.

Moreover, as noted by Natalya Petkevich, President Alexander Lukashenko has no campaign as such. «Head of State is engaged in his usual working affairs, without doing anything extraordinary for his public relations, anything that he did not do a month, two, three or six months ago. This is his normal work,» she said, BelTA.

First Deputy Chief of Presidential Administration also explained a higher degree of media attention to the activities of the incumbent. According to her, this is due to objective reasons. In addition, she stressed that citizens possess an adequate level of information about the presidential election and know all the candidates.
