First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Belarus Natalia Petkevich declared about the possibility of qualitative improvement of relations of Belarus with the European Union and the United State on December 4. "It will be a new milestone in the development of relations of Belarus with the European and American vector," she said.
As noted by Natalia Petkevich, it was not Belarus to have initiated frozen state of relations with the EU and the U.S. «The last few years have proved this fact, and our foreign partners, both the EU and U.S., have realized that confrontation and the boycott would lead to nowhere. The world must still evolve in a natural way , as well as find common grounds, which we actually have,» the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration said.
«I think that our Western partners could have already realized that Belarus is a reliable, honest and decent contractor, possible to negotiate with,» she said.
