According to the Information Center of the Central Election Commission of Belarus 75.8% of the total number of voters have already voted by 16:00 at the presidential elections. More than 5.37 million of Belarusians have already made their choice of the country's next president.
Vitsebsk voblast is the most active in voting. More than 81.4% of the people have already voted for a future president there. 75.4% people voted in Brest vobast. 74.1% — in Hrodna voblast, 75.4% of voters are registered in Homel voblast, 77.5% — in Minsk voblast and 81.0% — in Mogilev voblast. More than half of voters — 65.6% — have visited the polling stations in Minsk.
55.3% of people have already voted abroad. Voting will last till 20:00 on December 19.
