The president asked Igor Ugolnikov, the chairman of the broadcasting organisation of the Union State, to give this film as soon as possible to the Russian authorities. The head of the state noticed that this film would be «very actual» for the authorities of the Russian Federation.

«I’d like them to watch this (film «Brest fortress»- Telegraf). We were in the entrenchments together, and they were against us», Alexander Lukashenko said, having added that he didn’t call «for any diplomatic or economic revenge».
