Deputy Chairman of United Civil Party, a presidential contender Yaroslav Romanchuk considers it necessary to reduce the "swollen bureaucracy." According to a potential presidential candidate, it's enough to have eight ministries.

Yaroslav Romanchuk believes that it’s necessary to reform the presidential administration to the secretariat level and to abolish the Office of the President, «Ejednevnik«.

The issue with the Council of Ministers, according to the UCP Deputy, should also be discussed. In this case, Yaroslav Romanchuk believes that the country should organize the work of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense (possibly the Ministry of Defense and Security), Ministry of Social Welfare, Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Privatization of state property. Yaroslav Romanchuk said that the list and functions of ministries could be discussed.

At the same time, the potential candidate is convinced that the ministries of education and health must be transformed to the committees. Ministry of Information can be eliminated at all. Yaroslav Romanchuk believes that state-controlled media should not exist in principle in Belarus, and consequently, media supervising ministry is not necessary to operate.
