Economist Jaroslav Romanchuk stated that he had not directly participated in creating the draft of directive № 4 on economy liberalization published in Internet. "Someone made a compilation of the programs offered by the business community", the expert said. "I have had no time to discuss the draft on the sidelines of the government, but it is clear that it will have a number of opponents".

The head of Mises Scientific Research Center thereby dissipated the rumors that he is one of the directive’s authors, Nasha Niva informs.

Speaking about the opponents of liberalization in the country, the economist believes that they will be Prime Minister of Belarus, Sergei Sidorsky, assistant of the president, Sergei Tkachev, as well as Ministries of industry and agriculture.
Previously, a presumable draft of the directive № 4, containing articles on economy liberalization, was published by Belarus Partisan.
