Russia can not exist without Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by the director of Globalization Problem Institute, Doctor of Economics, Mikhail Delyagin. "We can maintain some stability, but it will not last for a long time", the expert said.

According to the analyst, a large-scale integration is possible only after the recovery of Russian state in the course of systemic crisis, however, some conflicts of interest are inevitable. «The challenge is to keep them at local conflicts level», Mikhail Delyagin noted, BelTA informs.

The expert explained that there are two concepts of efficiency: accounting (the efficiency of enterprises) and public (for society, in whole). According to Mikhail Delyagin, relations between countries should be considered in terms of social efficiency.

«The problem is that in Russia all the actions are considered only in terms of accounting efficiency. From the standpoint of social efficiency, Russia and Belarus has no problem, but in terms of the accounting — which dominates now — every local problem is potentially insoluble. Therefore, the parties have local conflicts, and they will remain for some time — at least until systemic crisis in Russia», the doctor of economic sciences convinced.
