Russia Is Ready to Purchase Milk in Belarus

Russia's agriculture has problems with fodder supply because of severe drought. Therefore, in the case of deficiency, Russia will import milk from Belarus. It was stated by the Minister of Agriculture of Russia, Elena Skrynnik.

«The situation with dairy products is not positive. We have a slight excess of last year’s figures», Elena Skrynnik said, BelTA informs.
 
As Telegraf previously reported, Chief Veterinary Inspector of Belarus, Yuri Pivovarchik, at a meeting with the head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Sergey Dankvert, said that Belarus was ready to intensify state safety control of produced dairy products.
