Russian Ministry for Justice will speak for the Russian government at a trial in the Economic court of the CIS under oil and mineral oil duties claim of the Belarusian government. Vladimir Putin, prime minister of Russia, signed the corresponding order №895-r.

It is said in the document, that the Russian government imposes «to Ministry for Justice of Russia the powers connected with speaking for the government of the Russian Federation at a trial in Economic court of the Commonwealth of Independent States under the claim of the government of Belarus to the government of the Russian Federation for infringement by Russian side of the terms of the international contracts on free trade and the Customs union within the limits of the Euroasian economic community in connection with introduction of the export customs duties on mineral oil, exported from territory of the Russian Federation to Byelorussia».

As Telegraf earlier informed, the Ministry for Justice of Belarus addressed Economic court of the CIS, acting categorically against procrastination of legal investigation under claim of the government of Belarus for illegitimacy of imposing by Russian side of export customs duties on the mineral oil, exported from Russia to Belarus. The representatives of the Ministry for Justice consider such actions «inadmissible».

«The board of Economic court of the CIS decided to continue preparation of the case for a trial within the limits of administrative session which is assigned on June, 22nd this year», the representatives of the Ministry for Justice informed. They also said, that this decision contradicts the court regulations.
