March 10, ten year pupil applied to the department of Internal Affairs of Zavodskoj district of the capital saying that recently, a boy had took away his scarf with "Dynamo" logo near school. “While talking about the crime — committed on him — to the policemen, the victim looked out the window. At the moment, his recent offender approached to the building of the police department", informs department of Internal Affairs of Minsk City Executive Committee.
It turned out that the attacker is 17-year-old schoolboy, previously convicted for robbery. «He arrived to the police for an ordinary preventive conversation. However, he had got the stolen scarf, which he initially wanted to buy from the ninth-grade schoolboy for 20 thousand rubles, but after refuse, he just took it away», said the department .
The police arrested a teenager immediately. The criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 206 of the Criminal Code of Belarus. Now, the previously convicted student may be detained up to ten years.
