Snegir to Be Sentenced to Eight Years and Property Confiscation

April, 7th a public prosecutor asked the Supreme Court to sentence the ex-public prosecutor of the Minsk Voblast Mikhail Snegir to eight years of imprisonment. The public prosecutor also demands to confiscate the cottage, Mikhail Snegir built, and a five-room apartment on Griboedov street in Minsk.

The public prosecutor also demands the Supreme Court to strip the ex-public prosecutor of a special rank of the state adviser of justice of the third class and to forbid him to take an executive position within five years, «Narodnaja Volia» informs.

The public prosecutor also asks to sentence the ex-chairman of «Zabudova» Mikhail Kudelko to four years of imprisonment, and also to forbid him to hold a an executive position within five years.
