"The budget does not exist to finance businesses structures — which must product themselves, sell products and get a proper profit. The state itself should see where to invest to get some return", the President of Belarus said.
The press service of Belarusian leader informed that the report touched the higher competitiveness of Belarusian beer. Vice Prime Minister, Ivan Bambiza, noted that in order to successfully complete a project on the industry modernization and to solve the financial and economic issues, Belsolod needs about 45.5 billion rubles.
In his turn, according to the president of Belarus, the two main conditions for considering a loan issue are guaranteed high efficiency of investments and all the possible efforts of enterprise’s management and employees.
Alexander Lukashenko also named any situation which provides budgetary support to economic entities as «extraordinary», in a certain sense, following the taken decision to exclude such kind of activity from January 1 of this year.
As a result, the head of state, after hearing the report, gave the green light to state support for Belsolod in the form of budgetary loans on returnable basis in the amount of 45.5 billion rubles.
