Minsk authorities are eliminating the research and educational institution "Move Forward", whose director is the leader of "Tell the truth!" civil campaign, Uladzimir Niaklajeu. On the eve, the institution received an official notification that Minsk city council intended to nullify the previously issued certificate of registration.
«Move Forward» was registered on February 2, this year. «Tell the truth!» campaign is among the domestic programs of institution. In a civil campaign they told that on May 27, the head department of justice, department of economic entities liquidation of Minsk city executive committee filed a lawsuit in Economic Court of Minsk to recognize invalid the state registration of the institution, MY edition informs.
They are citing the decree of Alexander Lukashenko on January 16, 2009 «On state registration and elimination of economic entities». With respect to specific claims to «Move Forward», then they are boiled down to false indication of legal address.
The address in the documents is the following: Minsk, 54 Masherova ave. This is the place where the office had located all the time while after the search on May 18 it was sealed.
For June 10 at Economic Court of Minsk there scheduled a preliminary hearing. However, the leaders and lawyers of «Move Forward» institution faced with the problem of gathering the necessary documentation, which is located in a sealed room.
