Videotape, where an unknown man says the Russian government plans to liquidate the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, should not be even commented. This opinion was expressed on September 13 by the spokesman of Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Peskov. "We should hardly pay attention or comment on such stiff and nonsense", official representative of the Russian government noted.

In the video, appeared in YouTube, a man who introduced himself as a former employee of one of the Russian intelligence services, said Russian Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, gave a personal order for the physical liquidation of Alexander Lukashenko.
«A group for physical liquidation of the president of Belarus is strictly classified. It includes only most reliable and loyal to Putin law enforcers. There have already worked out several scenarios of Lukashenko’s liquidation: organization of auto or aviation accident, poisoning through a gift or mailing, use of sniper», the unknown said.
At the same time, he said that most likely «is holding of a large-scale act of terror during one of the events with the participation of Lukashenko, and during the election campaign Lukashenko has to organize a lot of these evevnts». As the author of the statement underlined, there seriously considered the possibility of explosion during Dazhynki festival.
«To create an atmosphere of panic it is planned to carry out a series of intimidating actions with the use of explosive devices in the coming months in Belarus, there being developed scenarios to kidnap prominent people. In order to spread panic around Belarusian products for export, the specialists of the group intend to poison several lots of foodstuffs with radioactive substances», the man, presented himself as an agent of special services, said.
Moreover, the unknown claims that he is not a supporter of Alexander Lukashenko, but does not want to participate in his physical liquidation, when there is a possibility to kill ordinary Belarusians, «the closest to us, the Russians, in spirit». According to him, Russia has «a whole set of normal means and methods» by which it can make Belarusian president to leave his post: political, economic, etc.
