Court of Soviet District in Minsk resumed hearings on charges of the Belarusian producer №1, the general director of "Klamm Club" Gennadi Shulman after a six-month break. The prosecutor's office demanded to sentence the defendant to seven years in prison, finding him guilty on all counts.
Protection, by contrast, insisted on the innocence of his client and asked the court to acquit him on all counts,»Ejednevnik» reports.
According to Telegraf, Gennadi Shulman is accused of fraud, disorderly conduct and property damage without evidence of theft. The total damage amounted to more than Br641 million. A businessman has pleaded not guilty on all charges.
