Interdepartmental Commission of Trade Ministry of Belarus has announced an open competition to determine fish products importers. The winners of the competition are provided to implement an exclusive right of the state to import freshwater fish, products of fish processing and seafood, with a right to import these products to Belarus in 2011.
«To participate in the competition it is necessary to submit bids to the interdepartmental commission of Trade Ministry, located at: 8-811 Kirova str., building 1, Minsk», informed in the Ministry of Trade.
The documents will be accepted from July 15 to August 15, 2010 inclusive. The bid must include a number of documents and information about the competition’s participant.
Thus, among the documents there must be: details about the participant (name, address, phone number, fax); name, last name and patronymic of a person, authorized to act on behalf of the participant and to sign all necessary documents during its course, a list of freshwater fish, products of fish processing and seafood, the bidder intends to import into the Republic of Belarus, including names and codes in accordance with the unified bill of foreign economic activity of the Customs Union and other documents.
