Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said that Venezuela had found brotherly people — Belarusians in the heart of Europe. You allow us to create new ways of our oil trade. We are proud that our ships can deliver our oil to Belarus, as well as through the Black Sea, or through the Baltic Sea,» Chavez said.
Belarus and Venezuela Plan to Expand the Scope of Cooperation
