March 11, at 05:00 a.m., the jailbird — accused of committing a robbery — escaped from the surgical department of municipal hospital in Lida. The escapee is declared to be in the republican search. The fact of escape is being checked. The escapee, Anatoly Koudelka, has been repeatedly convicted. There were two policemen guarding him in the hospital.
In connection
with the escape, there was institute proceedings against Anatoly Koudelka
according to part 1 article 413 («Escape from correctional institution —
carrying out the sentence of imprisonment -, arrest house or out of custody»)
of the Criminal Code of Belarus. The article stipulates up-to-three-years imprisonment,
informs BelTA.
Anatoly Koudelka
was born on July 21, 1953, in Starina village, Slutsk district, Minsk region. 60
years old looking, about 1,65-1,70 m of height , medium build, light brown hair
with a reddish tinge, with mustache and beard. He was dressed in a dark color jacket
of mantel tissue, blue-white color hospital checkered shirt, dark tights and slipper-shales.
