According to the Prime Minister of Belarus, Sergei Sidorsky, Belarusian companies should change the strategy of working on new markets. "We must move away as much as possible from simple supplies, simple production and direct to complex forms, overcoming "we can not", through complex market's perception", the Prime Minister said during his visit to BelAZ.

«I mean access to those markets and countries, where we are presented», Sergei Sidorsky said. «And we should come on a new market not only with new technology, but also with our technologies, knowledge, and then consolidate a position there».

In particular, Prime Minister proposed BelAZ to organize the issue of new products at the facilities, which to become vacant after the departure of some enterprise’s technological capabilities, BelTA informs.

Moreover, Belarusian Prime Minister stressed that it’s necessary to establish joint ventures more active in those countries where the products of the company have a demand. The head of the government gave China as an example, where such a production is already running and where «it was difficult, but we are ahead of our competitors».

«Now, our challenge is to double or triple not the sales volume, but the presence of our experts on foreign markets», Sergei Sidorsky stressed and explained that these professionals should work with the embassies and not only serve as experts, but also be directly involved in the promotion of Belarusian economy to the markets of remote countries (Asia, Africa, Latin America).

«This is a new direction. It is interpreted differently, but this work in the government is almost completed. There is a systematic document. We can see all over the world, where and how we’ll be presented. Not at once, but I think that in the short period of time we can to solve this issue», the Prime Minister of Belarus stated.
