During Russia's Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, visit to Brest, where on March 16, the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State were held, the city center was cordoned off by policemen who "measured" to let go not only to public transport, but also to money collection service. As it's reported, the money collector of one wholesale warehouse did not wait for police cordons to leave and took money into the bank on foot

In particular, the police cordon in the center of Brest was removed only in the evening when Russia’s Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, had departed from the regional center. Public transport — which route passes through the Brest’s center — arrived late in half an hour, reports European Radio for Belarus.

In the same time, the officers of money collection service — who are responsible for daily receipts delivery — were forced to wait for evening time, when the city’s cordon will be removed. As it’s reported, Brest banks, with rare exception, are situated in the city center, and many warehouses and shops are on the periphery. Some receipts are equal to tens of millions of rubles per day.

As Telegraf previously reported, on the eve of Vladimir Putin’s visit to Brest, Brest’s public utilities services decided to paint all poles and clean the streets. Special attention was paid to Moskovskaya street, which continues outside Brest as Brest — Minsk -eastern border with Russia — Moscow M1 motorway.
